Please find below our booking terms and conditions

FLIGHTS (All Destinations):

Booking, payment and ticket issue must be made simultaneously, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Amendments, name changes and refunds are not permitted in accordance with airline regulations.

HOTELS:

Exhibitor Accommodation:
A 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The balance due is payable 12 weeks prior to departure. Cancellation of rooms booked cannot be accepted once the booking has been confirmed.  

Visitor Accommodation: A 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The balance due is payable 12 weeks prior to departure. Any cancellations, must be received in writing at least 12 weeks before departure. Any cancellations received later than 12 weeks before departure will be charged at 100%

Hotelship Accommodation: Where cabins are booked on Hotelships it is accepted that the Captains authority and decision to relocate or change mooring for the safety of his ship and passengers is final.

PARIS: 
Exhibitor & Visitor Accommodation:
A 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The balance due is payable 12 weeks prior to departure. Cancellations in writing are acceptable up to 4 weeks prior to departure thereafter no refunds will be given.

DUBAI:
Exhibitor & Visitor Accommodation:
A 20% non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The balance due is payable 12 weeks prior to departure. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing up to 12 weeks prior to departure.
Flights: No cancellations can be accepted

GROUP BOOKINGS:

For reservations of 5 rooms or more the booking conditions may differ and will be advised at the time of booking.
