Independent: We are an independent agency and therefore have no affiliation to a particular airline or hotel chain. There is no benefit for us to use one airline or hotel over another so you can be assured that we will always strive to find you the best deal available.
Building Client relationships: We work in partnership with our client companies, building a detailed understanding of their corporate travel requirements, whilst meeting the individual needs of the travellers.

Optimising Value: We pride ourselves on the quality of our staff. All of our agents are of managerial calibre and have extensive knowledge of the travel market, providing unparalleled standards of service. For our clients it means we are able to optimise the value of a trip without any compromise.
Personal profiles: Our systems hold information on each traveller. As well as the usual contact details, we store travel preferences, airline preferences, any special seat or dietary requests, frequent flyer and loyaltly programme details. This information gets downloaded straight into bookings. Our systems scan all loyalty and frequent flyer programmes against the chosen carrier to ensure the maximum benefits are secured. We will monitor and set up additional loyalty or frequent flyer programmes as and when required.
Time efficiency: Drawing on our detailed knowledge of the industry, through client liaison and our ability to be creative and adaptable we ensure we consistently exceed our clients' expectations. We understand the nature of business travel all too well and appreciate that for the most part travel is undertaken out of necessity rather than choice. However we will always try to build the right amount of breathing space into an itinerary, even when schedules are necessarily tight.
Cost effective: We always look for and offer alternatives routes or itineraries if these can offer savings on time or cost.
Monthly Management Reports: Mindful of client budgets, we have linked our sophisticated administration and accounting facility to our reservation system enabling us to provide clients with easy to read detailed monthly reports and analysis. As well as highlighting any further potential savings, this gives clients a method of monitoring the service and value we are providing to their business.
Negociated airline deals: Using our monthly reporting statistics we keep track of travel spend and patterns. If we believe a client may benefit from a negociated airline deal we will approach the airline on their behalf. While the booking process remains through us the deals are set up directly between our clients and the airline, ensuring that we remain independent and free to quote the best possible fare regardless of the carrier.
